This year we will again be conducting most tax prep meetings via video call.

Members of our team are available to help you.

Click on the link below to book an appointment and your preparer will contact you with a link to upload your documents to a secure website and make arrangements to e-meet. If you're already a client, if you prefer we can do everything by email.

Documents we'll need from you to prepare your tax returns:

  • Your tax returns for the past two years, unless we prepared them

  • All pertinent documents - W-2s, 1099s, 1095-A (if you had Obamacare), bank interest statements, investment statements, students loan interest statements, child care expenses, mortgage interest statements, property tax statements (may be on the mortgage interest statement), charitable donations even if you do not itemize your deductions, stimulus payment info, Advance Child Tax Credit info, etc.

  • Our Business Deductions Worksheet, or some comparable compilation of your business expenses

  • If you had income from a rental property or hosted on AirBnB, our Schedule E Worksheet

  • Your bank account routing number and account number for direct deposit information for refunds

Please be prepared to make payment when we meet - we prefer Venmo or Paypal.

Our Fees

Includes Federal, State, and City of Philadelphia filings

$275 for Single Filers*

$400 for Married Filing Jointly

We offer a $25 discount if you meet with us or give us your paperwork by February 28!

*includes Head of Household and Married Filing Separately

We have always kept our prices much lower than for-profit tax preparation services as a way of demonstrating our commitment to serving our arts community.  Knowing that many of you have lost significant income during this crisis, we can offer deferred payment or pay-over-time options until you have more financial stability.  Discounts and barters are always a possibility - just ask! Please reach out and let us know what we can do for you.

In addition, if you have a salary and can afford to pay a little more for your tax prep, we will use that to subsidize those that are more financially vulnerable in this uncertain time.

As artists and freelancers ourselves, we appreciate your business more than ever!

Wishing you health!
