We have limited capacity for new clients for the 2022 Tax Season. If you'd like to file for an extension and work together after June 1, let one of us know!

We will be conducting most tax prep meetings via video call.

We'll begin taking appointments for 2022 tax prep at the beginning of February.

Click on the link below to book an appointment and your preparer will contact you with a link to upload your documents to a secure website and make arrangements to e-meet. If you're already a client, if you prefer we can do everything by email.

Documents we'll need from you to prepare your tax returns:

  • Your tax returns for the past two years, unless we prepared them

  • All pertinent documents - W-2s, 1099s, 1095-A (if you had Obamacare), bank interest statements, investment statements, students loan interest statements, child care expenses, mortgage interest statements, property tax statements (may be on the mortgage interest statement)

  • Our Business Expenses Worksheet listing all your business expenses

  • If you had income from a rental property or hosted on AirBnB, our Schedule E Worksheet

  • Information on virtual currency mined/bought/sold during the tax year

  • Your bank account routing number and account number for direct deposit of refunds

Please be prepared to make payment when we meet - we prefer Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle.

$300 for Single Filers*

$450 for Married Filing Jointly

We have always kept our prices much lower than for-profit tax preparation services as a way of demonstrating our commitment to serving our arts community.

We may charge extra for returns with more than two state returns, investment portfolios with more than 15 transactions, more than one rental property, and income reported on a K-1. Upcharges typically range from $25 to $100 and will be at the discretion of the preparer.

As artists and freelancers ourselves, we appreciate your business!
